Hello. My name is Alicia. I am a mother, a painter, a baker, and a wife. I am originally from the northern bay area of California, but have been living it up in San Diego for the past 23 years.

I started baking cakes with my mother at the age of 8 years old. She was an artist and stay at home mom. She saw the passion I had for art and quickly enrolled me in art classes where I learned painting and sculpting.  I applied that skill in my cake making and through those years I honed my skills in the cake world by creating birthday and wedding cakes for friends and family. Competitions soon followed and I became an award winning cake designer. Cakes was where I was most comfortable and what I originally set out to do.

However; after establishing myself in San Diego, getting married and having my first child, cake art soon evolved into cookie art and AliciasDelicias was born. I have been thoroughly enjoying building my cookie business these last 10 years. Cookie art has given me the canvas I have always wanted - the ability to showcase my painting skills, my culture, and most importantly, my passion for art.
